Al-Jazari Participates in the Opening of the Technical Engineering College of AI at the Middle Technical University

Al-Jazari Robotics and AI Solutions took part in the opening ceremony of the Technical Engineering College of Artificial Intelligence at the Middle Technical University, held under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
As the first company of its kind in Iraq, Al-Jazari’s presence at the event reflects its commitment to supporting the educational ecosystem in Iraq by applying AI technologies and providing educational robots that meet students’ needs. It also underscores the importance of public-private partnerships in developing higher education and advancing technological innovation, thereby helping to prepare a specialized generation capable of leading future projects in AI and robotics.
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, inaugurated the Technical Engineering College of Artificial Intelligence at the Middle Technical University, in the presence of Mr. Sinan Younis Majeed, the founder and CEO of Al-Jazari, the University President Prof. Dr. Waddah Amer Hatem Al-Tamimi, his vice presidents, and a number of deans and department heads.
The Minister affirmed that the establishment of the college represents a strategic milestone in the path of digital transformation and the knowledge economy adopted by the Ministry, praising the level of development in infrastructure, lecture halls, and scientific laboratories. For his part, the University President explained that opening the college comes in response to global technological shifts and in line with the Ministry’s vision to strengthen technical and digital education tracks.
